Tom started painting in 1993 to fund his college years. His passion for the business grew and he incorporated Color World in 1997. Since those early days, he has had a hand in painting over tens of thousands of homes in and around Ohio and the U.S.A. Tom’s formula for success in this business is simple: it is a mixture of professional service and a commitment to outstanding quality while striving to exceed customer expectations. He is using this foundation as Color World expands into other cities as a franchise opportunity for others throughout the U.S.A.

Tom’s wife Amy is in new home sales. He has 4 children: Madeline is 24 years old and is a graduate of Mt Carmel College of Nursing and has completed her 4-year BSN in nursing in May, of 2018. She is now a nurse at Children’s Hospital. She will be getting married this fall as well. Drew is 21 years old and just graduated from the University of Akron, Studying Financial Planning and is starting his career in financial planning this summer. Beyond Color World and family, Tom’s passion is sports. Color World is an official sponsor for several local teams, including the NHL Columbus Blue Jackets. We are also a booster for Dublin Coffman Athletics. Color World sponsors an OSU Football endowment scholarship and is a sponsor for Chuck’s Kids which helps provides athletic training and opportunities to children from underprivileged backgrounds. Vice President of Franchise Operations

I joined Color World Housepainting in 2000, painting homes to support my education at Malone University. After graduating, I became the Regional Manager of Cincinnati for Color World. My success in sales led me to my next role, the Cincinnati-Dayton Regional Vice President. After four successful years in the CIncinnati-Dayton market, I was transferred to our home office in Columbus where I served in sales and operational management, as well as handling accounting and payroll for our crews and staff. In 2019, when the franchising push started to gain momentum, I accepted my next role in the company as Chief Operating Officer of Color World Housepainting. I oversee all business operations as well as assist in the training and support of all our franchise locations around the county.

I am very excited to be a part of such a growing company that still upholds the very high customer service standards that Color World has always dedicated to providing. I know that my success with this company is due to my commitment to excellent customer service and I believe this is a key difference that sets us apart. The company core values are what really drive us here at Color World: Customer/Franchisee Focus, Work Ethic, Honest Communication and a Positive Climate. CWHP!
