- Do you replace damaged materials?
- Yes, we replace windowsills, soffit, fascia, window trim, door trim, decking, siding and garage door jams.
- Do you use wood or PVC for replacement materials?
- We use PVC as long as the sizes and profiles are available.
- Do you power wash before you paint?
- Yes, we use a diluted bleach solution to kill and neutralize mildew, so the surface is prepared for proper adhesion.
- Will you protect my plants?
- Yes, we will rinse the plants with water after power washing to remove any residue.
- What brand of paint do you use?
- Sherwin Williams, our standard exterior paints are Duration, Flex Temp and Super Paint
- How do you work around screened in porches?
- We will remove them if possible, if not we will work around them or even replace them at the end of the job if you so choose.
- Do I need Homeowner Association approval to paint my house?
- If you are changing colors, then most likely yes. It’s always a good idea to check!
- What products do yuu use for deck and fence staining?
- We use Superdeck products. These are available in Transparent, Semi-Transparent and Solid stains
- Are you insured?
- Absolutely
- What are your work hours?
- Spring, Summer & Fall: Start between 8:30 - 9:30, finish between 6 -8
- Winter: Start between 9:30 – 10:30, finish between 3-5

- How long will it take to paint my house?
- Typically, 4 – 5 days
- What will the process be once you get started?
- Day One: Power Wash
- Day Two: Prep work (Scraping, caulking, taping and covering items)
- End of Day Two : 3, 4, 5: Painting
- Do I need to be home?
- You are not required to be. However, when painting doors and windows they will need to be unlocked and sometimes left open to dry.
- How many people will be working on my house?
- Crew sizes typically range from 2 – 4 people depending on the work that needs done.
- How is your pricing?
- We are typically a middle to upper end price point.
