Lawson Sr. is a family man and a football enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. After serving in the Marine Corps for six years as an MP and K9 handler, he entered the automotive industry. As the founder and CEO of Proactive Dealer Solutions, one of the largest training and consulting companies in the industry, he has worked with over 1600 franchise dealers throughout North America. His experience as a business owner has taught him some valuable lessons, such as offering a quality product at a fair price, meeting, and exceeding client expectations, and resolving problems as soon as possible.

Lawson Sr. and his oldest son decided to go into business together and offer their community a fair price for a quality job. Their philosophy is simple: be fair, be reasonable, and do what you tell people you’re going to do.
